Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any services provided by
TR Car Rentals
(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, renting, or driving one of our vehicles, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from TR Car Rentals, you must:
Be at least 21 years of age (age may vary depending on vehicle type)
Hold a valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months driving experience)
Provide government-issued identification.
Have a valid payment method accepted by TR Car Rentals
International drivers must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (if applicable).
2. Reservations & Payments
A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm any booking.
Charges include base rental, taxes, fees, and optional add-ons (insurance, GPS, etc.).
Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete documents.
3. Vehicle Usage Guidelines
When renting a vehicle, you agree to:
Drive responsibly and follow all local traffic laws. Not smoke in the vehicle (a cleaning fee will apply for violations)Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, towing, racing, or off-road driving. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level or refueling charges may apply. Report any accidents, thefts, or damage immediately
Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
4. Insurance & Liability
TR Car Rentals offers optional insurance packages (Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, etc.).You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered under your insurance or ours. You agree to pay for fines, penalties, tolls, or towing fees incurred during your rental period. Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered under any insurance and are your responsibility.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is allowed if made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges depending on booking terms. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Termination of Rental
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement without notice if:
You violate these Terms. The vehicle is misused or driven dangerously. Payment is declined or reversed. Fraudulent documents are detected
In such cases, you must immediately return the vehicle or risk legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
TR Car Rentals is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of personal property or data. Delays caused by accidents, weather, traffic, or mechanical issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental period.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled according to the laws of United States. You agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or small claims court, where applicable.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
